QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

How long does it take to process an order?
Print on demand fulfillment takes longer end to end than holding stock so it depends on various factors outside of our control such as Print Setup, Print Queue etc.
We prefer to be realistic rather than optimistic so there is no room for disappointment.
7-10 working days (maximum) + delivery time, depending on location and post option selected.
With Environmental production methods such as Zero Waste, Print on Demand, Just in time, the price we all have to pay is instant gratification.
if you are in a hurry and can't wait PLEASE do not buy from us as the last thing we would want is for you to be disappointed/unsatisfied.
We do all we can to make every order a priority but if time is precious to you maybe you would be happier not buying from us as we refuse to make promises we can't keep.

IF you have received a damaged or faulty product we are happy to offer a replacement free of charge.
How to let us know
Please contact us along with your order number and supporting evidence (photos).
We will work out the best way to resolve the situation for you and arrange a replacement. Where a replacement is offered a new order number will be supplied so that you can track the replacement through production and shipping.
When is a replacement NOT offered?
Lost orders caused by an incorrect address provided by you.
If you have changed your mind or would like another size or colour.
Print on demand means that your order is unique to you so we would have to go through the process again from scratch.
PLEASE make sure you have checked the size charts on the relevant product page AND ALL the order details before placing the order.
